Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number where available.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard delivery takes approximately 7 to 12 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times may occasionally extend slightly beyond this window during periods of high order volume or global logistics delays. We work with international fulfilment partners to get your items to you as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear in the carrier system after dispatch.
